Play Therapist
I believe that Play Therapy unlocks the inner strengths and natural abilities every child already carries within themselves.
My work supports children and young people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, behavioural struggles, school difficulties, and developmental or neurodiversity-related challenges. I create a safe space for them to express feelings and make sense of what is happening in their world.
Play Therapy can be especially helpful during life transitions such as relocation, starting a new school, or parental separation. With experience working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, I provide sessions in English and Bulgarian, and I can also use Italian and Russian when helpful.
